Customers value NED's services

Customer Satisfaction Index survey made by Microsoft in the end of 2009 within the frame of Gold Partnership program, indicate that customers give high value for NED's services. Subjects of the standard CSAT survey included such issues as overall performance, quality, degree of commitment, loyalty, easiness of doing business, communication, etc.  

According to the survey

94% of respondents are very satisfied or satisfied with NED’s services
81% of respondents would definitely or probably recommend NED’s services

51% of respondents say that NED has big or vital competitive advantage on the market
